– The two interlocking triangles, revealing the point where matter meets spirit.

– The element of Air, which governs the Anahata Chakra and teaches us to allow pain to transform into freedom.

Through specially designed Pranic Healing practices:

– We will work energetically with the heart center.
– We will cleanse and activate the Anahata Chakra.
– We will harmonize the activity of the heart through breathing, movement, and energy exercises.
– We will discover the power of Mantras and how sacred sound can transform our inner state.
