The Twin Hearts Meditation is an advanced yet simple-to-practice technique designed to regulate emotional states, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

It is practiced worldwide by millions of people, regardless of cultural or religious background, and is used as a tool for personal development and self-regulation.

It was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, as a systematic method combining guided meditation, energetic focus, and directed intention.

The practice is based on the activation of two main energy centers:
the heart center (associated with positive emotions such as empathy and emotional balance) and
the crown center (linked to higher cognitive and conscious functions).
Through the simultaneous activation of these centers, the aim is to enhance psycho-physical balance and mental clarity.

Scientific and applied studies have examined the neurophysiological and psychological effects of the practice, focusing on indicators such as stress, performance, and well-being. In Greece, in 2019, an 8-week program was conducted in collaboration with Focus Bari, focusing on reducing workplace stress and improving productivity, showing positive results.

The practice is guided, lasting approximately 20 minutes, and includes relaxation, concentration, and directed intention techniques.

Participation is open and offered free of charge.
