The Forgiveness Techniques of Pranic Healing can help you let go of corrosive negative emotions and be free of them forever.
Practicing forgiveness can also have powerful health benefits. Studies have shown that forgiving others produces strong psychological benefits for the one who forgives.
It has been shown to decrease depression, anxiety, unhealthy anger, reduced substance abuse and the symptoms of PTSD.
Forgiveness contribute to higher self-esteem; and greater life satisfaction. Forgiveness can heal us and allow us to move on in life with meaning and purpose.
Forgiveness matters, and we will be its primary beneficiary.

Forgiveness means different things to different people. But in general, it involves an intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger
Anyone who has suffered a grievous hurt knows that when our inner world is badly disrupted, it’s difficult to concentrate on anything other than our turmoil or pain.
When we hold on to hurt, we are emotionally and cognitively crippled. Our mental outlook, our self-esteem, our physical health and even our relationships suffer because of it
Forgiveness is strong medicine for this. When life hits us hard, there is nothing as effective as forgiveness for the healing of deep wounds.
Many people have misconceptions about what forgiveness really means and so they disregard the power of it .
Others may want to forgive, but wonder whether or not they truly can.
Forgiveness does not necessarily come easily; but it is possible to achieve if we have the right tools and are willing to put in the effort.
“ Forgiveness is not about who is right or wrong but about doing the right think” – Grand Master Choa Kok Sui
We have all known people in our lives who are unwilling or refuse to Forgive others for even the smallest slight.
Unforgiveness creates an emotional storm of distress in which feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, insecurity, and fear surface.
Unforgiveness also creates a hardened heart that feels anger, resentment, bitterness, and hatred toward the offender.
In this interactive session you will experience recognizing that we are all Souls in the process of evolving or growing up.
And this means we ALL make mistakes.
In the same way we would want forgiveness for the dumb mistakes we have made in life, we in turn , should offer that same gift to others. To Forgive and go on living,
It is important to cultivate this mindset of valuing our common humanity, so that it becomes harder to discount someone who has harmed us as unworthy.
DEVELOPING A FORGIVING HEART
When we have experienced and overcome suffering, we gain a more mature understanding of what it means to be humble, courageous, and loving in the world. It helps us develop compassion for others
DEVELOPING A FORGIVING MIND
Scientists have studied what happens in the brain when we think about forgiving and have discovered that, when people successfully imagine forgiving someone (in a hypothetical situation),
they show increased activity in the neural circuits responsible for empathy. This tells us that empathy is connected to forgiveness and is an important step in the process.
Why is our ability to Forgive so closely tied to our overall Well Being?
A tremendous amount of our personal energy supply is tied up in negative emotions such as anger, resentment, and hate. Why? Because it takes a lot of work, attention and energy to hold a grudge and stay angry. The Chinese have a saying that the ‘chi follows the yi’. And if your yi, or intention, is concentrating on harboring old resentments, a large supply of your chi or energy is tied up with maintaining those resentments too.
Some people have been angry for so long and so automatically, they don’t even realize it. But it’s easy to tell when you are around them: you can feel heaviness, tension and hostility or hurt just by being in their presence. A Pranic Healer or anyone sensitive to energy would feel a heavy congestion and/or depletion around the front and back solar plexus and heart chakras.
So, to help alleviate some of these negative emotions, we frequently do the Simple & Powerful Practices of Forgiveness.
And we must do it regularly as well because we are all imperfect, and it’s nearly impossible to go through life without getting mad at someone or feeling slighted or disappointed by something.
Forgiveness is just one more tool to help you keep your energy supply clean and plentiful!
